With a background in the military and defense contracting, fitness and peak performance have always been non-negotiable parts of his life. Kyle’s experience goes beyond the gym; he’s trained military personnel, first responders, and individuals pushing for top physical performance. His expertise spans strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mental resilience.

Kyle holds multiple certifications, including ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, ISSA Specialist in Fitness Nutrition, and Elite Trainer status. But what sets him apart is his no-excuses, results-driven approach. Kyle believes in pushing past physical and mental barriers, using tailored programs to unlock each client’s full potential.
